After a brief introduction to the portal and basic setup, I was able to quickly purchase my first licenses and add customers. If a customer already has a tenant, you need to add them to the system and request proper classification, but Ms. Adámková from eD is extremely helpful and always accommodating. I have been using the portal to order SaaS for six months, and I appreciate its simplicity and speed. Immediate activation and delivery to the customer is a major benefit. Compared to CSP, purchasing additional licenses is easier, and maintaining the same expiration date eliminates complicated invoicing for customers who have multiple products with different expiration dates. The only thing to keep in mind is to calculate the price of the product for the shorter period before offering it to the customer.
