Overall, I think it serves its purpose and, compared to the old system, it’s a tremendous improvement.

First of all, I’m very glad to have the opportunity to use the portal. A major advantage is the speed of license activation, as licenses become active practically immediately after ordering. It’s also convenient to create my own product categories, where I can keep my most frequently used products.

I have been using the portal to order SaaS for six months, and I appreciate its simplicity and speed. Immediate activation and delivery to the customer is a major benefit. Compared to CSP, purchasing additional licenses is easier, and maintaining the same expiration date eliminates complicated invoicing for customers who have multiple products with different expiration dates. The only thing to keep in mind is to calculate the price of the product for the shorter period before offering it to the customer.
