The speed of purchasing licenses and assigning them to the customer account is excellent. This is very useful in case someone forgets to order licenses for a customer. It’s great that Ms. Adámková is there—she knows the system well and provides help, which is a huge support. As a Microsoft partner, I was looking for a way to purchase CSP licenses, and the solution from eD on the rethinkportal.com platform came at exactly the right time for me. After a brief introduction to the portal and basic setup, I was able to quickly purchase my first licenses and add customers. If a customer already has a tenant, you need to add them to the system and request proper classification, but Ms. Adámková from eD is extremely helpful and always accommodating. When creating a completely new customer without a tenant, the process is fully automated—the system on the portal and on Microsoft’s platform creates everything needed, and I can immediately start creating users and assigning licenses. Based on my experience so far, I can only recommend this solution and thank the eD system team for excellent cooperation.

I have been using the portal to order SaaS for six months, and I appreciate its simplicity and speed. Immediate activation and delivery to the customer is a major benefit. Compared to CSP, purchasing additional licenses is easier, and maintaining the same expiration date eliminates complicated invoicing for customers who have multiple products with different expiration dates. The only thing to keep in mind is to calculate the price of the product for the shorter period before offering it to the customer.
