2. Receive an estimated buyback price – We’ll prepare a preliminary offer based on the information you provide. The final price will depend on the actual condition of the device.
   
3. Prepare the devices for shipping – Once you’ve approved the buyback price, pack the devices securely. We’ll arrange shipping and pick up the devices directly from your location.
4. We will inspect the device – Upon delivery to our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the device’s condition matches the provided description.
   
5. We will confirm the final buyback price – If there are any discrepancies from the original information, we will notify you of the differences and work with you to determine the next steps.
   
6. You’ll receive a discount on new equipment – Once the trade-in is finalized, a discount will be applied to new equipment running Windows 11 Pro.
