You can find plenty of products online today whose prices are significantly lower than those from the official manufacturer. Although the prospect of saving money sounds more than tempting, an alarm signal usually goes off in our heads. Why should we listen to it?

The higher price of the original product is determined by high-quality development and subsequent support that is provided for many years. For the manufacturer to guarantee these aspects, it is not possible for them to significantly lower product prices at the expense of quality. Therefore, you should be wary of suspiciously advantageous offers.
Illegitimate software often causes more harm than good. Its use can lead to security and legal issues. There is a risk that your systems will be infected with malware and compromise sensitive user data. By purchasing legitimate software through official distribution, these problems do not threaten you. An original product from the manufacturer provides the certainty that it does not contain foreign data that could cause information theft.
Focus on whether the packaging has been compromised. For electronic licenses, be careful about where they are downloaded from. If you are still unsure about the license, the easiest solution is to verify it through an authorized Microsoft product distributor or Microsoft Support at support.microsoft.com.
