New prices for Microsoft cloud services

As part of global price alignment, Microsoft is adjusting prices for selected products effective February 1, 2026.

The change reduces prices for cloud products, with a decrease of approximately 10%, depending on the specific product.

The change will not affect existing subscriptions during their current commitment period — new prices will apply only at the time of renewal.
The change does not apply to perpetual licenses.
Partners currently using monthly‑term subscriptions can expect the reduced pricing starting February 1, 2026.
Microsoft has also announced that prices in local currencies will be updated twice a year, based on the development of the US dollar exchange rate.

I have been using the portal to order SaaS for six months, and I appreciate its simplicity and speed. Immediate activation and delivery to the customer is a major benefit. Compared to CSP, purchasing additional licenses is easier, and maintaining the same expiration date eliminates complicated invoicing for customers who have multiple products with different expiration dates. The only thing to keep in mind is to calculate the price of the product for the shorter period before offering it to the customer.
